I lost 350+ honor levels with TWW release

it’s been nearly a month since I submitted tickets/bug reports and made this post. the issues still has not been resolved. figured i would attempt to update you guys.

I went from 500+ to level 1.
Still kept the mount and achievement and thank god I got 500 before I was reset to 1.

I honestly think it has something to do with the warband feature. Right now, even as we speak people can’t get their gold out from their warband storage.

Rush expansion with a rush launch. What do you expect???

It’s never going to be fixed as long as your still running premades in randoms.

Just adding that i still have not had my honour levels return either… :sob:

I am hoping we get answers on why this data loss happened, and how Blizzard will address it. Unlike the loss of the guild bank, there are many ways Blizzard can cross-examine old honor levels if this is in fact a full data wipe they cannot retrieve like the gbank loss.

the general issue IMO is that players can’t get past the CS bots to get their issue heard by a real person who can get it to the right dev to get it fixed.

My wife got answers to a ticket that literally looked like a terrible ChatGPT response. Sentences that made no sense, and the answer was totally unrelated to what her issue was. She put the ticket in again, and the same thing happened. CS is kind of a joke. The are overworked and understaffed. And outsourced on top of that.

It was cause of premades.

They have priorities.

Owlcapwn does nothing but afk every match.

I feel like this always happens specifically with PVP. Whether it’s a non-answer on the S4 DF appearance voting affecting elite sets, or this. Guild bank data wipe happened as the same time as this, received an answer (albeit not the best), yet this has not despite it impacting people.

All we can do is continue to bump and raise visibility, along with tickets until the right person feels compelled to help. I’ve been passed between 3-5 GMs in a ticket and will usually get 1 person who cares per ticket.

they don’t give a sh1t about this game and PVP is a second thought.
all the developers who made vanilla - wrath are ALL GONE. What you are left with is huge corporation that cares only for money!

Well if i were blizzard and i realized i could just make laggy/buggy/rushed patches for the actual game and make more money off 1 store mount probably by far than a full game/ip that took years to develop i’d probably be doing what they are doing to.

“If they take an inch they’ll take a mile” comes to mind. To many have just completely given themselves to anti consumer practices like that that now they are common place .

Just like if you encourage and incentivize someone irl to do bad behavior then they will be far more likely to do it than good behavior. In this case blizzard tried their luck with store mounts/wow token and hit the jackpot and people gave them plenty of incentive/reason to push it further and further by showering god even knows how much money on them.

I have created tickets after tickets each taking on average 3 - 1 week reply time only to get copy and paste CHATGPT answers.

I’ve given up, they don’t give a sh1t.
