I was trying to withdraw 1million gold from my warbank as I usually do to keep track of how much I spend on the AH at any given time before buying stuff. But I was lagging or something because the gold wasn’t coming out of my warbank, so I figured I might have to relog.
So I log out and log back in, the 1 million gold is missing from my warbank and it’s not on my bags either, I checked all my characters, the gold is nowhere to be found… I opened a ticket and I got an automatic response and they closed my ticket, the gold is still missing.
I literally don’t know what to do, I was supposed to max out atleast 2 professions today and I couldn’t do nothing, I wasn’t even in the mood to play knowing that I lost gold that it took me so many hours to accumulate.

Try fully resetting the User Interface incase it is a display issue caused by possibly addons or other stuff.
Then log in without installing any addons. Then if that all fails, next best option is to submit a bug report via the bug report forums or in-game bug submitter.

As ayukama started reset is the best first step we can take. Also make sure you don’t load any addons after the reset. It could be one of those buggering things up. As for the tickets, if your gold still doesn’t show Up after the ui reset. Go to the ticket and scroll to the bottom and click I still need help. Make sure you add to the ticket you did a ui reset. That will help the GM trouble shoot this.

Edit: I disabled all addons and reset my UI, gold’s still missing. Gonna add that to the ticket.
I would like to point out, the logs blizz keeps moniters everything. Literally from where you drop a candle to the gold you move around. They will find out what happened.
I might need to set some expectations here. Yes, technically data tracks every single movement, but Customer Support only has a limited window available. We track generally what we need to track, such as the sale, purchase, creation, disenchantment and deletion of inventory and transferring gold between characters, banks, etc…
I should also mention that disconnections can do some odds things, depending on why the character disconnected. Gold is one of the higher priority things that are saved and tracked by the system as it moves around, so hopefully we’ll be able to verify what may have happened.

Also you can’t just disable add ons, you have to rename or remove the Add ons folder and cache folder and afterwards restart your pc and then log into the game. For this to work.

I only got an automated response and silence since then, as you can imagine it’s very frustrating…
Vrak and other SFAs posting in blue on this forum are not game masters, they won’t be able to assist in the same way game masters do.
Continuing through with tickets is the only way to resolve this if it was indeed removed from your character.
