Changes in their stats when targeted at PvP servers reflect changes in populations on PvP servers. If you don’t understand why using ironforge.pro isn’t invalid when trying to gauge population on PvP servers then you’re simply ignorant. No offense intended.
The irony of this post is a bunch of Horde toons posting talking about how they wish things were more balanced.
So you want more alliance, but so long as it’s someone else doing it, and not you having to, right?
Horde players really are the most self centered and delusional.
This is why in-game incentives are needed for people to move from Horde to Alliance.
Right now there is no incentive to balance the factions. Horde has a larger community = easier time finding other players for guild recruitment, forming dungeon groups, forming BG premades, forming arena teams, etc.
And queue times are being addressed by this dumb bandaid fix instead of addressing the root cause problem. Meaning now there is even more reason for Horde to remain on Horde, and for Alliance to move to Horde.
The only way the populations will ever get balanced is if Blizzard removes barriers (free faction transfers, one way only) and introduces some additional in game incentive (extra rewards from daily BGs and Dungeons, on the under populated faction, for example)
Alliance to Horde is the only now. if blizzard thought the horde would of they would of done that first…
so i think we all should go one sided horde.
horde don’t want wpvp just fast ques.
blizzard given it like its free health care
all alliance should flood horde side like the illegals flooding in out us boarders. works for best for everyone in the real world might as well work in phantasy to.
Let all be one happy horde
i called dude out yesterday as well in my thread. intellectually dishonest is what dude is. it’s like going onto stormrage in retail and being like 'ZOMG there are sooooooooo many ally! pvp servers are fine" before WM existed. no, pve servers do not reflect pvp servers.
But you guys only care about whats happening on pvp servers. There are tons of horde players on PvE servers that are unable to enjoy battlegrounds despite being the minority faction on their server. Thats why telling horde players to reroll alliance or demanding free transfers doesn’t fix the issue.
I’m wasting my time here because any response I give you guys is treated like I’m trolling or being disingenuous. You don’t want a discussion you only want people to tell you you’re right, and blizzard has shown us all how wrong you are.
You must be new to the internet.
Thanks for proving my point. You don’t want any kind of discussion.
I’m tired dude. I’ve been arguing about this crap a lot recently.
i’ve been horde on rp pve servers since wrath. i have always had longer queues too. since 2008. i am not crying about my queues. i farmed. did other stuff while waiting. i argued against mercing when it was introduced (originally for ally and my main was ally) because i knew that blizz was gonna nerf bat ally eventually (they always do) and what blizz was really doing was furthering world of hordecraft. some of us can see beyond our noses. warmode came to save the day (lol) in legion but it was already too late.
edit sorry nom quoted the wrong person.
There are tons of alliance players on PvP servers that are unable to enjoy anything but instanced content because they are the minority faction on their server. That’s why telling those alliance players to reroll doesn’t fix the issue.
Guess what? That’s all that was ever said about it, reroll, transfer or quit, blizzard didn’t swoop in and give those players a solution and not being able to play the open world is a much bigger problem than not being able to insta queue for battlegrounds…
not trying to start a argument. i thought all bg’s was cross server? but if they cant que the instant que bg’s they wanted they need to ask for a pve to pvp transfer. its horde asking you might have a chance
i have twink alliance. (pagle) last time i checked it was 99% alliance and i have 30 to 40 min que times. but im ok with it
Horde would have thrown a fit and they don’t want to upset the majority faction.
“warts and all…but not my warts, remove those”
dude is like “u dum for playing pvp servers but i also didn’t roll on mankrik but on a server named westfall and am confused why there’s so many ally, what the actual heck”
“you are cherry picking the entire population of north america, i went out into the world on westfall last night and i was surrounded by alliance!”
did i tell you guys about that time i went to england and there were tons of english people?
lmfao…
Thank you.
Yea, that 1% shift in the number of player representation from WARCRAFT LOGS for PVE uploads really showcases the state of the PVP side of the game.
This person right here is a prime example of a problematic poster who doesn’t actually understand the issues, and just wants to feel morally superior for a choice they made.
Lets be real. No one is picking a faction based on BG queues or Racials. Literally most of the people who play Alliance or play Horde simply do it because A: That’s what they played back in the day or B: Their friends play said Faction.
I know a ton of Alliance players that don’t give a crap about the BG queue or Racials and simply enjoy the Alliance cities, races, and lore more. Just as I play horde because when I was in middle school my friends also played horde. And I stay to that faction for old times sake.
1+ hour BG queues were not realistic and this change does nothing to hurt the Alliance. Racials don’t make or break the game at best they offer a very very very small % increase which at the end of the day doesn’t matter because throughout all of Classic and currently in BC the BEST pvpers and BEST PVErs are Alliance.
