i’m dissapointed they’re only playable in dragonflight, and the war within. was really hoping they’d make it so we could do follower dungeons in the older expansions.
i mean, would’nt it have been neat to run azjol-nerub at your own pace? maybe hear from the npcs the history and lore of the nerubians as you run around? i would’ve enjoyed that.

What I really want is an interconnected system with mission tables where I can gear up and upgrade my followers. No gear for me, just them. That way, nobody who doesn’t want to do it feels forced to.

You can do follower dungeons for TWW as well (requires level 70).
Anything from shadowlands or earlier you would have to chromie time yourself to because you do to much damage to warrant a follower dungeon version because you are just too high a level.
What’s the point in a follower version of Blackrock Depths or Halls of Lightning when a single auto attack one shots the boss.
I suppose to could retroactively add follower versions of older expansions you could do at the appropriate level I guess, which I wouldnt be opposed to, a follower version or BRD would be nice, players could figure out which way to go on their own time.
cause a single auto-attack does’nt one-shot the boss in chromie-time. i want to be able to do follower-dungeons in chromie-time, and experience them with more insight from the npcs.
like, if i try to solo a dungeon with a level 20, it’s not gonna happen, cause i’m just gonna get killed. i was hoping for follower-dungeons of older dungeons, so i can actually run those dungeons, instead of just dragonflight ones while leveling.
We had wrath and BC coulda experienced it in classic
I brought up chromie time, yes it would work if applied to chrome time.
oh. ok, sorry, i must’ve misread what you were trying to say then.
but i’ll still stick-by the fact you can’t auto-attack one-shot the bosses.
also, i don’t want to one-shot the bosses. i just wanna be able to run those older dungeons with follower-npcs.
ya i agree here, i wish other dungeons could be follower que’d.

really? i coulda swore there were mission-tables in shadowlands. granted, they did’nt act the same and were turned into an auto-battler, but i could’ve swore they were there…
It was the sentence before the one you quoted
That I agree with. Dragonflight added the system and TWW carried it on. I would love to see it applied to older expansions, it’s easy to carry a system forward but often retroactively applied a system takes time to get it to work properly. Given the way making older expansions reps warband wide is a slow process something like what you are asking would also be a slow process if it was to happen.

They probably will do that at a later date, but it’s probably not front and center at this time.
but if they let you do follower dungeons in TBC, everyone would know just how broken the scaling is
nothing like getting one-shot in chromie time, it makes you remember blizz has completely given up on tuning TBC content
