how long it take to blizzard to read bug report?
Honestly, nobody would know. Could be minutes, hours, days.
I’m pretty sure what you believe to be a bug, has already been read multiple times, and responded to.
Just because you don’t like the answer, doesn’t mean persistence will eventually get you the response you want.
Bug reports are typically a one way street, it is very unlikely anyone will post about it unless a Dev tries to get more specific information.
Reading a bug report and fixing a perceived bug are not one and the same. I assume they read them fairly quickly, acting on them (if action is needed) is a complete toss up. Reports are triaged to see if they are actually bugs, how many people they are affecting, if it is game breaking, etc.
All bug reports get read by QA. I suspect the same day, at least for ordinary work days.
Bug reports will be ignored if they’re not bugs. For instance, complaining about the developers’ deliberate design choices will be ignored, because if it’s intended it’s not a bug, period.
If QA agrees it’s a legitimate bug report, it goes into the development team’s work queue. But the development team decides when (or even if) the bug will be addressed. There are bugs in the system over a decade old, so reporting a bug is absolutely no guarantee it ever gets addressed.
Try this…
Technical support team Here .
The ticket may not be exact what you need, but it should be passed on to correct team members.
Good luck.
This has no bearing on the OP’s question. They have put in a Bug Report, and are asking how long it takes until it’s read.
Bug Reports are not done through tickets. They are done in the Bug Report Forum or by submitting a Bug Report through the in-game Help menu.
Not sure you wish to help them find their missing items. Unless you are trying to troll this forum.
They are frustrated and wish to find their items.
The Ticket system is the correct form of action… In my opinion.
"
For this reason, please submit an in-game bug report, so our developers team can take a closer look into your data.
"
The above is not refering to the forum…
This is a player supported forum, but we as players can only see what the system will show us.
Op, the bug report forum is read, but not responded to.
The OP is not asking for us to find their missing items. They asked “how long does it take for Blizzard to read it”, referring to their already-created post on the Bug Report Forum.
As for this specific situation, there is already a history of responses that Nobully posted above. They have ticket responses already, they already have Blue responses in this forum, and they know what to do. They have already done it, and they are asking a follow-up question.
Your opinion of what they should do is irrelevant. It is incorrect, as they have been asked to utilize the Bug Report Forum for their issue.
Yes, so when the OP comes and asks “how long does it take for Blizzard to respond?”, that’s the question we answer. Telling them to use another Support option confuses the issue, not only for them, but others who may be experiencing the same thing and are looking for guidance.

Are the accounts under the same Battle.net account?
Mel has been here for a very long time helping people. Let’s not resort to such behavior on this forum.
And they were given their answers multiple times already in the past. Please see yet another response below.
This isn’t a forum for opinions. We give factual information here. And the OP has already been through the ticket system. It’s what lead them here. If you do not know the history of the conversations, then I’d suggest reading them. It’ll help with better understanding.
And you were given your answers weeks ago:
