You are one of the least logical people I have ever encountered. You are just a self entitled brat who can’t even do easy things in video games.
rastlin is a known troll who spends all day on the forums baiting well progressed players into these conversations. His posts are literally just bait to get a rise out of people. I’m surprised he hasnt been perma’d from the forums already.
If you don’t care about scores, why do you take the time to creep around the internet and “find” my private scores?
Apparently, you feel that to have an opinion, you must have a certain raiderio score.
Well, not on this forum!
My scores are private but my logical, well thought out and detailed opinions are ideas are for all.
I do 10 weeklys and i think its a bad move to leave keys if the timer wont be done in time. If you want to upgrade your IO score thats what guilds are for, don’t go ruining other peoples day because you enjoy being a party pooper to put it mildly.
An argument of claim in which two completely opposing arguments appear to be logically equivalent when in fact they are not. The confusion is often due to one shared characteristic between two or more items of comparison in the argument that is way off in the order of magnitude, oversimplified, or just that important additional factors have been ignored.
You fail to provide how the difference is data sets a quantifiable so seperate that they can’t be compared, you chose to ignore the nuance in applying this counter argument.
They are the same in which their information leads to the formation of groups.
Back at you bud.
Your scores are not private. The highest key you’ve done is a +4 and your score is 283.15
Your realm score is 2516th and 212th for shamans
This is the correct answer. You all need to communicate with your groups. Figure out if you are pushing time or completing. Get in voice chat, make friends that don’t leave keys. This is how the system is supposed to work. You’re not supposed to blindly invite people, ready check, then put the key in and hope it works out.
Give Rastlin a head up, so he can go home with a privacy hard on, they are checking you on wowprogress.
Ahh, so 2+2 = 5 because you said so and they are all numbers. I’m done with this argument you’re trolling at this point.
You didn’t correct me. I wasn’t debating that DPS can contribute to a dungeon - but rather that score for them tends to not translate as well in pugs as it does for healers and tanks.
About the level of reasoning I expect from a person like you. I hope, at some point, you revisit the subject of logic because you are horrendously misapplying the material. Good day.
With all due respect, I have set raiderio to private.
Saying the scores are not just isn’t true. And, obviously, in reading over the replies something is not correct. One stalker says my highest is a +4, another stalker says my highest is a +5. I think we can all agree that you both cannot be correct although, logically, you both could be wrong.
My progression is also private. Just because someone, somehow, does some sort of stalking to come up with some sort of information does not mean it is not private.
Why would you have a privacy setting on something that is primarily intended to show other people information?
logic ftl.
“Farm raised fish is bad for you, vegetables are grown on farms, vegetables must be bad for you too”
Just because they are both numbers does not mean you can apply the data in the same way. Them both being used to form a group is irrelevant. The data points are different. Not the same. Apples to oranges. One of them tells you one thing and the other tells you something else.
FALSE, EQUIVALENCE. You are taking two different things and calling them the same. You’re so thick!!
Okay, this explanation I can understand and KIND OF agree with. At a 15 the point is to complete on time. ALTHOUGH, maybe someone (most?) toons in the group you just ditched would have benefited from the sheer completion instead of JUST a timed completion. So, maybe ask at the start or before you leave if anyone benefits other than piddly gear in the chest at the end? And then make your decision. If you still leave, you’ll still have them upset anyway, probably. Although, there is more than likely someone else in that run who will secretly be glad you were the one to break it up.
I Don’t Know How To Tell You That You Should Care About Other People - evergreen headline
You’re right. I’ll be sure to not fake a d/c anymore. Because you’re right - me just outright leaving saves even more time. I tip my hat to you sir.
Leaving a M+ before finishing is one of the rudest things you can do in the game. Gear is not the only reason people do m+. i.o. scores, getting higher keys, practice, and just getting general experience in higher keys. Often a certain boss can be significantly more difficult on higher keys so if you learn tips and tricks on a 15 it can help your 12’s and 13’s. People finish higher keys even if they fail the timer because they get a better key to start the next week out in the cache.
A group of people trusted you enough to invite you to their group with the implied understanding that you would stay till the end unless the group decides to reset the key to a lower difficulty or give up all together. By leaving early you screwed over 4 other people who were counting on you. Esp on a 15 key where competition for a spot is fierce. Grats on being selfish and rude I guess?
What is love? Baby don’t hurt me, don’t hurt me, no more.
Someday there will be an addon that automatically declines people by name/server submitted to it by the community. The blacklist of the good ol days will return. Someday…
It will probably be killed by Blizzard because it fills a massive need they refuse to fill.
