What’s actually rude is some of these people who claim to be really good, intellectually competent and far more geared enough for the key then get invited just to go on to royally screw up the very first boss of the dungeon. That’s what I think is more rude than me outright leaving after tragedy has already struck (multiple times).
If someone in the general public can read them through relatively easy means, then your scores and progression are not private. You may WISH for them to be private. You may ASK for them to be private. But if they actually were then by definition the general public would not be able to see them.
I set raiderio to private. After months of my efforts, they agreed to a privacy setting. So actually, my raderio is private.
Now, a person’s home is also private.
If someone peeks through the bedroom window, that does not mean the home is not private.
It just means they are a peeper.
Same principal here.
Not a great analogy, since every realms m+ ladder is public. Since this is the source of the data used by raiderio, your analogy doesn’t work.
Again, you are misusing the material, also you are ignoring my primary contention to the accusation.
They are equivalent in the way they help form a group that will complete the content, the expanded comparative analysis was provided by the above quote. You chose to ignore that expanded argument for it’s summary.
P1: Farm raised fish is bad for you
P2: Vegetable are grown on farms
C: Vegetable must be bad for you too.
Be honest, is this how my argument is presented or are you trying to over simplify my argument to suit your accusation.
Also,
Sure, because they are both numbers does not mean they can apply to the same data set. But also because they are different in some aspect does not mean they cannot be compared, my argument was that it presents information of player behavior within a given environment summarized by a number, exactly how raider .io works. Your counter argument is that because some of the whole is different they cannot be compared. I asked for you to expand on this, in what way are they so different that they can’t be compared. You have yet to provide why one system is an apple and the other system is an orange. And even still, apples and oranges can be compared. They are both food. They rot. When they rot and you consume them they make you sick. They are fruit. They both contain seeds in them that you can plant. An apple and an orange can be compared in some ways, and in other ways they can’t.
To be a little more relevant, I’m more working with the understanding that the difference is closer to one system being a windows computer and the other system being an apple computer. They are both computers, they both run many application the same, they are used for the same purpose, but they provide different reasons to use them. Please expand on your qualifiers because right now they are seriously lacking.
Your ignorance is not as valuable as knowledge. You are free to give your opinion. People are free to tell you that it is worthless.
am i only one who sees “community is toxic as ever?” as most popular thread right under OP?
Oh look. The same exact person creating another thread like this.
It actually does and DPS set the pace of the dungeon as much as the tank or healer. Git git.
It’s always a problem when you have content with multiple competing objectives for players with different goals.
It was a small problem in Legion. Thanks to changes made to M+ by devs, it’s a big problem now.
Actually had a 2500 rogue join my 12 temple randomly the other day. Guess he just wanted to relax and crush a key after pushing 20-21s. Ended up +2ing it, but definitely was intimidating tanking for someone like that. Nice dude though.
Well all I can say to this is, sucks to be you. Expect those things to happen because you alone are screwing over that whole group. If anything you deserve that to happen to you.
Reading isn’t your strongsuit. What a shame.
i guess a finished 15 is still about as much points as a successful 13ish?
maybe they wanted those points. idk
even tho the OP came off as arrogant, the replies by GD are even more out of touch and toxic.
I am willing to bet 99% of players will leave a dungeon if it is clear they are not going to finish. multiply that if it’s a higher key and going for the timer.
My god, it’s clear that all these people posting “way to be blacklisted… or i am not taking you on my key ect ect” will never be in that situation of having a key that high or ever complete one within 2x the timer.
stop it people. don’t look at the situation from your own point of view… pretend you were good at the game.
one unhappy person vs 4 unhappy persons, OP is going to hell
just kidding, calm down.
You aren’t good at dungeons and it shows. keep your chin up and you’ll get better
Scathing, truly.
I mean my score’s higher than yours despite being kinda unimpressive, so if you really want to go down that route…
