I know you mean well but: Annoying seed planting behavior

There seems to be few types of players planting seeds in Emerald Dream and here are a few types. Please feel free to add to the list and no , I don’t expect Bliz will do anything to fix this stuff before new Xpac cause it’s temporary.

  1. Johnny Appleseed: Plants 5 seeds and flies away and doesn't nurture a darn thing , to       
       To satisfy the weekly quest.
  2. The Jack Benny special : donate 5 berries to everybodies already planted seeds and 
       fly around and farm the minimum rewards.
   3  Thumb up keister meizer:  Stand there and watch the opposing faction player kill all 
       the flowers and pull weeds and donate berries and take the minimum reward.
   4.  Weavel Shmeavel : completely ignores stomping the weavels on the ground that are 
        worth 2 berries each
      Those are 4 I can think of that are bothering me right now. I am sure there are more.
   You could probably make the 5 seed planting quest require you to donate 25 % to plant nurturing or have the Dryads shoot offending mount riders down with their spears, but there simply isn't going to be much time to worry about it, that doesn't mean i can't complain in forum.

None of those behaviors affect seed payout in any way. So far, it only looks like someone upset that someone else isn’t fully-boosting every plant for them to reap the rewards from because if you intend to fully boost a plant yourself, none of those players matter and will at the very worst will save you 5 dew.

You’re SUPPOSED to fly around and get all the seeds for max rewards.

How is it bad sportsman ship if that’s how the seeds work? They are intended to be watered etc fly to another one, water it etc, then go around to another one.

By the time you hit up the 3rd one, the first one should be done incubating.

FYI I’m 20 renown on one and 19 renown on another toon…

I have all the things that I need from the Emerald Bounty, so I mostly just plant my 5, get my rep, and move on.

However I would like to note that Blizzard nerfed how many Dewdrops you earn by participating in the Superbloom, so people don’t have the same abundance of it that they did pre-nerf.

Either way, it really isn’t a big deal.

You seem to not understand how the seeds work.

Or you’re lazy and expect other people to fill up your seeds for you and are mad that they don’t.

I don’t see what the big deal is. I don’t care who shows up when I plant a seed or what they are doing. If everyone is having fun, who cares.
