This leak seems much more realistic than the other 4chan one released ~2 months ago. I also like the idea of the expansion being called the Age of Darkness. Sounds dope.
Taking it with a grain of salt, but this was a fun speculation/‘leak’.
Also, Draenei tinker possibility is hype worthy.
No new playable races is lame though. I hope for Ethereals for Alliance in an expansion called the Age of Darkness.

they could easily do the 2, paring vulpera with another new race(not recolor) for alliance.
As always, a good way to spot a fake leak from miles away is how “obvious” and/or “safe” the points they make are.
We know about a Level Squish already from the Q&A, that’s basically a free space.
We have a cinematic where lore characters state that Thunderbluff will be targeted by Sylvanas. Another free space.
Tinker… I mean, come on, people have been talking about the Tinker for years now, its playing to the community. Another free space.
Essence System, they basically just retooled the Heart of Azeroth which was a last minute system Blizzard ended up building when Azerite Armor failed and its being repainted as new end game progression?
I mean, I could go through each of these and point out the various red flags but I would hope that people here reading this would read the reddit post, see just how many points are “common topics of discussion” inside the community, and realize that all the poster did was compile community discussion into a “leak”
There is not likely going to be a “Tinker” class. Any character can currently be a “Tinker”. It’s called “Engineering”.

No. You’re not. DHs existed prior to being “Playable”. There was just no plan early on for players to be them. “Tinkers” are “Engineers”. They already exist in-game. Any character can be one.
So sick of this argument. It stems almost exclusively from people who genuinely believe that the Goblin and Gnome core races getting an AR would be a waist of an AR slot (and from many of these same people, somehow High Elves would not be; despite being an near extinct people).
It also just ignores the fact that ARs are also NOT the same people as the core races they were built off of (and this certainly applies to the Borg Gnomes; and the Communist Water Goblins). While the Junkers are closer in culture to their Core Race, they are distinctly different in many ways; and the Kelpin are vastly different in societal structure and culture to core Gobs.
Hell, the idea that Kelpin would have access to Tinker (but Mag’har, Sin’dorei, Nightborne, Lightforged, and both Dwarven sub-races would be not) is sort of insane.
In the original 4chan ‘leak’ they’re mentioning feral boars again for a Horde Allied Race. I have no idea why this keeps coming up with ‘leaks’ lol. Tinkers were a class back in the RTS, with real skills, not just a engineer doing some trinkets, and can be a class in wow if they want work on it.
Its possible they could be another Hero class, but the Race list on this “leak” is BS.
Even IF we get Kelpin as the Gob AR (and … with the right designs on the updated models, I am no longer opposed to this after interacting with them in Naz) … why would they get access to Tinker? They’re communist water Goblins that are heavily in touch with their natural environment, with extremely limited tech skills. If Tinker did pop up as this leak suggests, wouldn’t it be?
I’m just thinking of Blizzard implementing this class and having their healing spec involve them throwing potions at allies. So I’m just thinking of these Tinkers chucking glass filled vials at their Allies.

Yeah I was curious behind the thought of Tinker going to the Forsaken over the elves in the Horde. Granted they Forsaken do tinker around a lot with their plague contraptions.
I am fine with most of that honestly as I have wanted an old god expansion for 9.0 since I saw the plot for BFA. I am just happy they are not wasting another old god with a patch.
I thought he would go for Yogg Sarron first since that is the weakest of the prisons and it fits with a death theme. Not sure how I feel with more time travel.
The best part is that when the mag’har orcs arrived in Azeroth, you could see several Saberon running away from the arrival point towards Northern Barrens, meaning at least a few got caught up in the mag’har teleportation to Azeroth. They have the worgen model and could easily be in the Horde.

Or yeah, screw it. Lets assume the Horde IS getting Kelpin. Shouldn’t it be SIX PC races on each side that get access then? Alliance gets: Gnomes, Junkers, Draenei, Lightforged, Dwarves, Dark Irons. Horde gets: Goblins, Sin’dorei, Nightborne, Orcs, Mag’har, and Forsaken (because, the Horde elves are constantly shown to be very tech savvy with Arcane tech … like the Draenei).
The attack on thunderbluff would be because of Baines betrayal. It’s even hinted at in the last Cinematic after you bust him out of prison so it’s not a far out of left field idea.
