my shop unobtainable helmet mogs are all gone when i just reloged now i just did a log off log back in and lost it and they aren’t there. the 3 of them, the frost crown, the firehorns and the weird rogue helmet from the shop that were unobtainable. Can a Game Master give me them back ???
Best bet is to open a ticket and post a message in the customer support forum.

It is a known issue where the account-bound transmog sets (listed below) go missing randomly. Mine keep doing it as well.
They disappear for a while, then come back for a while. Very frustrating to keep mogs working.

We’re aware of some issues with cosmetics awarded as part of purchases. This includes the helm transmogs. They do eventually show back up on their own, but the WOW team is investigating the cause to stop it from happening.

Just a side note, it could come back and then disappear again quite a bit before Blizzard is finally able to identify and correct the issue.
At least that is what has been happening with my account-wide transmog items.
Hopefully, they can get the issue rectified quickly.

i just looked through my collection and mine are gone as well i had the flame horns and the winter crown both are missing from collection.
You haven’t lost them. This has been ongoing since at least 9.1’s drop. They will kind of appear and disappear at will until they’ve fixed whatever is causing. It’s affecting all purchased transmog items. There really isn’t so much a fix. Just waiting until the Devs figure out how and why it’s doing it, and remedy the issue.

yeah i dont have any immediate plan on any of my toons to change their head slots to either of the cosmetic ones specified but they are part of a handful of outfits i use on most toons for trial of style sorta things whenever those roll around, so i dont mind waiting til blizz can fix it tbh. i just hope they are able to fix whatevers breaking them from displaying.
Actually there is a easy workaround for this…just exit game and Battle.net, change your Cache, WTF, and Interface folders names to Cache(old), WTF(old), and Interface(old) then log back into Battle.net and game…bonus is you get to watch the latest expansion cinematic again, and you have to go visit a transmog person but it fixes the problem every time…slightly annoying but doesnt seem to happen so often as to be over annoying.
Please don’t necro 6 month old threads. In fact there is already new information on this issue that was posted in several other threads just less than a week ago.

This isn’t always the case and I advise people experiencing this bug to NOT follow your advice since you are describing the process for a full UI reset, which does NOT resolve the bug.
The bug is actively being worked on and there is hope we’ll be seeing a fix soon.
In addition, please don’t bump old threads (also called “necro”) since they oftentimes are no longer applicable, have been resolved already, etc. Usually, if a thread is more than a week or two old, it’s best to leave it alone.

That doesn’t resolve the issue. Resetting your UI doesn’t always “fix” the problem. It also doesn’t stop it from happening again. It’s not an addon causing this problem.
That is because it’s not a problem with an addon. It has been an issue resolving this because it is so random. Why does it happen to one account and not another? Why does it happen to one character on an account but not another, even on the same faction and realm?
If it happens, file an in-game bug report. Keep an eye on the Hotfixes to see when they believe they have resolved it.
