Mine was due to work hours changing. I looked back realized my burnout… Just needed a break. No hate.
For the record I have nothing against Blizzard or BFA,I just don’t have much time to log in these days. That is the only reason why I am unsubbed atm. Not that anyone cares but just thought I’d throw that out there.

I never post for negativity. Just ain’t got time for that. I’m too busy digging up rocks looking for gems of humor…in the end though, I’m my own best comedian, audience and critic. 
Way to swim in the cess OP and hand fish up the title though.

People who love the current iteration of the game, tend to just play the game.
People who don’t, and want things changed (like me) tend to post on the forums.
Its basic human nature really. You might not like it, but its not going to change.
If I loved everything about the game, why would I visit these forums? To read posts about how awesome it is? Makes no sense. I post in the small hope that Blizzard might listen and make changes here and there. Wishful thinking, but if enough people complain about the same thing, changes can happen. You might think we all hate Blizzard, but I sure don’t. I appreciate WoW and it will go down as my fav game ever. I care alot about the game and just want them to listen as to what I think might make it better.
I think you care too much what other people think. If all that mattered to you was having fun in the game, you would be there right now having fun and not bothering with forums.

Unfortunately, our WoW culture has dissolved into a whinging.
You’ve got the right idea - the moment you don’t enjoy the game - you’ll quit and unsubscribe.
When I hear someone complain - but they are still logging on month after month - I chuckle.
Your bar must be set so low that you need to continue forcing yourself to suffer - just so you have something to complain about. It is incredibly apathetic.
Just quit the game - that’ll show blizzard you are unhappy. You can whinge all day - but if your check comes through - then blizzard can have a good nights sleep.

I don’t think it’s so much the players and these forums as it is the Internet in general. Outrage bait is in and everyone wants a piece of the pie. All movies get trashed now, all games are always “complete garbage” and nothing is ever good in so far as you read about it on the Internet.
I’ve been trying for the last 2 years to just not read anything on social media or forums about movies/games and just first experiencing them. Then after I’ve made up my own mind, I go read what others are saying.
It’s inevitable : I enjoy something, then as soon as I check online, nothing but negativity.
Really don’t know why I keep participating here, I think the year I simply quit the forums was much more healthy honestly. Even Blizzard seems to agree, hence why they simply have stopped caring about the forums.

These are forums of public discussion. People will discuss what they want. People are more inclined to complain than praise. No news is good news. The people who are largely having fun don’t even visit these forums. The people who come to the forums are either seeking information, or are here to complain, or are here to praise something that they feel is worth being discussed. But that last one doesn’t happen often.
Much the same, however, I would suggest you take your own advice. If you do not like the conversation present here on the forums, leave, or deal with it.

What upsets me is Negative threads get more response than a Positive one by about x5. Its just straight up depressing.
You made a thread complaining that your threads don’t get as much attention as your expecting. It’s really simple to understand your motives and quiet pathetic.
You bring a whole new meaning to the words “Hard Headed” dont you?

If that was all that mattered, you wouldn’t be posting on forums, wouldn’t be worried that nobody replies to you, and wouldn’t care about negativity on the forums.
The fact that you made this thread proves the exact opposite; you have a vested interest in what other people think of the game.
