And it has that dam air sounds, so I’m playing on mute mode for the past 3 weeks. Tought it was some quest I hand’t completed but I’ve emptyed my quest log and it still there,

Have you tried the standard strip the toon, fly up, dismount, and plummet to their death fix? That usually seems to fix things like this.

Quick search seems to indicate completion of this quest will help.
Abaning quest won’t always help, especially if in a quest chain.

The sound of this item is annoying. I had that back item stuck on one of my characters for a week. I tried everything from opening tickets, dying, clearing my quest log and inventory, transformations, back transmogs, and so on. What eventually fixed the issue, is having a friend play the campaign up to the point of “Charging up that Hill” then doing a quest sync with me. I completed the quest a 2nd time and that cleared the flag on the back item, and it went away.

Understandable, but really, it works for way more issues than you would think. Generally when an un-clickable status is on you from a quest that you can’t get rid of, which is why I mentioned it.
If what Kozzae mentioned doesn’t work, try it. But always make sure you don’t wear anything to minimize the repair bill.
Though looking at his last post, it didn’t work for someone else, so I hope completing the quest does it for you.

Sometimes when making the character die doesn’t help, queuing for certain PvP activities will remove buffs like this. I am not sure how it works in detail as I don’t PvP that much. But I think it’s arenas.

Yeah, completing the “Heeding the Call” got rid of it (for me, anyway).
