I have appealed my account ban twice already and would just like some explanation as to what part of the Code oif conduct was violated. i’ve had it read to me twice and haven’t heard anything in there that i have violated, I am somewhat visually impaired, (Legally Blind) so i sometimes get help reading things on the screen. I have had the account since wow started and really find the account ban to be a harsh penalty for something im not even aware of what i’ve done to get the ban. Any less penalty would be appreciated if it was even a real violation that happened. If it was a real violation please let me know what the violation was so i can make sure i doint do it again on a new account.
