for some reason i cant wisper nobody or click anything in trade chat , i am not blocked from any language or anything i only can talk to then if they wisper me
anyone can give me advide how fix that ?

You have to right click on the chat tab and there is a check box with something like enable interaction.
after i look this morning i didnt not see anything that block my chat and i still not able to talk or click anything ?
If I understand your problem, Right click on the general tab of your chat window. Click the second option to make the window interactive. I’ve had it randomly go non-interactive for me where I can’t click on loot to see details or reply to people.
