I have a fat ‘T’ shaped backpack with a purple gem at center-top. It makes a windy/whistling sound. I got it sometime in the last two days (perhaps from the Azj-Kahet WQ where you get a missile launcher.) How do I get rid of it?
Have you tried dying? Works wonders sometimes in games.

Have you double-checked your buffs to see if it’s something up there keeping it present?
Tried killing your character since you noticed it?
Alternatively, Reddit suggests it might be from the quest “Running Up That Hill.”
If that quest is in your quest log, you might try finishing it.

It was the “Charging up that hill” quest. (I discovered it by methodically abandoning quests. Then I saw Ekon’s message
