I’m saying I don’t understand why it’s in the ToS. Seems extremely silly.
Been like 16 hours so far, so. Was banned at 6 AM, it’s now 10 PM. I appealed at like 6 AM.

no it isn’t. The thread is about OP looking for a guild that leans his direction politically because he wants to avoid the lefts politics. thats straight forward and OK for OP to do. People have lost it in this thread and assumed negative things about what he wanted based on his political side.
If he wants a right leaning guilds thats OK. Not everyone who leans right is right wing extremist. we have to get away from that narrative because all it does is cause hostility.

while i agree if they allow people to advertise as lgbtq friendly then all bets are off and people should be able to promote their little mustache guilds.

When I put in a ticket asking about the evoker legendary buff that would never go away, it took 2.5 days for the first reply. I waited so long between replies I just deleted my evoker and releveled it.
Plus, most people using profanity are chatting with friends and being “toxic brothers” in a sense. It’s when you start using profanity towards people outside your circle that it starts to get toxic in a bannable sense.

Isn’t the point of joining a niche guild where people wont be offended and containing the potentially risky banter to within that guild the opposite of trying to offend people?
It’s like ERP guilds. I might not agree with it, but the fact that they’re making an effort to contain it to people who do instead of public expression is appreciated.

im plenty gorwn up and part of that is not jumping to conclusions. we dont know why he got banned and until i see proof of why there is only one party in here that has first person info on the situation. so yes without evidence i dont judge people guilty like a child would.

CS needs to confer with the developers. For example, capturing character data and seeing if they can bounce it to QA to reproduce the bug.
