I don’t know what kind of people you’re playing with or what kind of content you’re playing but for me, stuff like that never comes up except in trade chat, which I don’t really participate in either way. I wonder if it’s because I’m not actively seeking that kind of discourse online.
And to Briselody’s point, I wonder if they ever would make a game studio that could make a successful anti-woke, right leaning game. What would it be, an MMO, a shooter, a j-K-pop gotcha game? How would the community be?

I don’t know that “having the minority opinion” is necessarily the same as “having the conservative opinion,” though it could all depend on where you live and who is in your social circles.
I definitely understand the feeling of wanting to find a place where you can just be who you are without always checking over your shoulder to see who might be upset at you. I don’t like that it’s the case, but I don’t usually communicate within the game at all, though, partially because of things playing out the way they did for you. I don’t know the whole story of course, but if in-game works anything like the forums, a lot of it just comes down to quantity of reports. Would likely be better to use the looking for guild tool in the game rather than advertising in general chat. Probably not a lot of guilds advertising based on political opinions, but I think if you search for generally more male-oriented groups you’ll probably be in a more comfortable environment for you. Guilds that see WoW as a game first and a community second, guilds that are more focused on PvP maybe.
