So i did a dreamseed event, got the Reins of the Winter Night Dreamsaber mount, but when I used it - it doesn’t appear in my mount journal. Is this a bug? Did I miss something? I have a screenshot but it won’t let me post links. Can someone help?

If you lack the ability to directly post links (requires Trust Level 3 here on the Forums), then highlight your URL and click the </> icon above where you are typing.
That will allow the whole URL to be posted (albeit without the ability to click it directly). It will look similar to this:
www.worldofwarcraft.com
Then anyone wanting to visit the link can merely copy/paste your link.
Forgive me for piling in with obvious questions. But you received the mount, a battle pet and a drake manuscript. Obvious question is obvious, but are you sure you clicked to learn all three? Could you maybe have clicked one or the other and not realized the reins were still in your bags?
You actually saw the pop up that “Winter Night Dreamsaber was added to your collections?”
Also, sometimes logging out and logging back in kind of helps to cement things in that may not have registered 100%. The game is weird like that on occasion.
No actually I don’t think I did. I think the only thing I recall is the golden aura from learning it but even then I don’t think I saw it for the mount for some reason? I think I clicked them both quickly back to back so maybe that interfered with the learning?
If you haven’t done the full UI reset, definitely give that a go. It may just be that you clicked one of the other learnable things and the reins are tucked in one of your bags still, or your bank if you’ve visited it to clear out said bags.
Learning all three back to back shouldn’t have been an issue, it may have just gotten overlooked with having the three things all dropping at once that you clicked one and thought you clicked the reins. I’m not seeing anyone on WoWhead reporting any issues with the reins not showing up in collections or anything.
At worst, perhaps when our SFAs get back into the office today, they’ll be able to maybe offer some insight.
