I got 3 425 titanforged items from m+ cache 3 weeks in a row and still hate titanforging

Sounds like you are addicted to the gear grind. Know why I do content? To have fun. That is why I no longer raid or really do dungeons at all.

How is the world a better place because you push keys and raid? What benefit is there for doing anything in game?

Theres so many things in the world that one can hate but still benefit from.

Cough syrup. Stuff tastes gross, but it can help when sick.

And? sounds like a u problem.

Could you play the game without using ‘x’ piece of azerite gear ? If so, then I guess yes.

I just took what I got, I sure wasn’t going to farm for it.

I’m sorry, but if you’re going to make that argument then it works in reverse. If you’re doing the content to have fun and you don’t care about the gear literally at all… Then you should have absolutely zero problem with TF being removed from the game. You’re doing the content for fun right? So why do you need the RNG chance at acquiring loot well beyond what the content drops to do it?

You just do it for fun right?

Which is it? Does the gear reward motivate you or just the content? You can’t have it both ways.

Not a single argument was said in this, good job.

Try another example. Cough syrup is of dubious benefit.

TF has taken the fun out of gearing. You no longer have the best gear unless you get everything you want TF. There is no realistic end to gearing, and even if you get what you want, you probably didn’t get the best version of it. If there is no reasonable end, i stop caring at all.

Someone stated above: A parental figures death leaving you with a large inheritance.

The gear grind is my fun. Clearing the raid is only new and exciting the first time through. After that it’s my desire for character progression that drives me

I’m glad you have your way to have fun. To each their own

It’s a game. I don’t really think anything happening in the world of Warcraft is “making the world a better place”

Some raid, some do WQs and some dance naked on a mailbox in gold shire. To each their own

okay cool apply your own logic to titanforging.

Can you play without using titanforging gear ? If so, then I guess yes.
I just took what I got, I sure wasn’t going to farm for titanforged gear.

I would question if you are benefiting from that inheritance if it comes at the expense of the death of a parent.

Really? I would question whether my game experience is benefited when a piece of gear yields all other options null and void for that slot.

But you won’t let me do that will you?

Really, you didn’t have a piece of gear prior to that piece of titanforging ? I would have thought you were playing the game before that ?

Most people do it for the reward. Fun is always part of the equation, but just imagine how few would do WQs if they offered no rewards at all

“Do it for fun” is the single lamest argument I have ever seen, because as you said, it goes both ways. And they never like it in reverse

So I realized you changed characters again. But yes, every argument I pointed out was said. Thanks for trying tho. Snarky replies are always appreciated.

That’s exactly my point. They can’t argue the “just do your content for the challenge and don’t care about the rewards” while simultaneously arguing that they require the rewards or their content is worthless.

That’s actually being hypocritical.

No I won’t because you had a piece of gear before and you played just fine.

I had a parent before and I was living just fine.

That’s about how much sense your rebuttal makes…

You providing me with a “skip to the end” of gear progression piece, doesn’t make my in-game experience better. It makes it cheap…

I like titanforging.

It helps keep otherwise outdated content relevant. And it adds some excitement to raiding.

Gotten pretty lucky with it too (ilevel 421)
