Give it 24hrs then open a purchase failure ticket. Digital purchases can take up 2 24hrs.

It usually isnt this slow… usually it was instant soo like im worried now.
Just give it time what does ur payment histories say.

If it is saying pending, then it is waiting for the payment to fully clear from the bank to Blizzard. Sorry, but only thing you can do is just wait. As Darthwraith has mentioned, wait 24 hours, and if nothing still happens, then submit a ticket under purchase failure.

Just so were clear its a transfer between wow accounts not bnet accounts.
I see the order, and I see it as a gift.
Not seeing anything out of the ordinary, I’d give it a bit more time. Also, if the recipient hasn’t fully relogged, game and launcher - could be an update issue.
