I gifted them 2 months of gametime.
Check to see if the RaF link exisits, are you getting the other bonuses/quests?
Check to see if your friend redeemed the game time, and if they claimed it on the RaF linked account, not a different account.
Check to see if you have active game time, which is required if I recall.
You only get one reward per month per recruit, and it can take a bit of time for the first reward to process.

Just for clarification, the recent gift I see is for two months of game time, not three. If you gifted another month I’m not seeing it.
With that said, the account you gifted to still has game time on it which won’t run out until 3/7. That month of game time, which started on 2/7 granted your account the Explorer’s Jungle Hopper.
Keep in mind, you can only earn one month credit per recruit, per month. So the recruit you just gifted two months of game time to will credit you with one month when their current time runs out on 3/7. Then they’ll credit you the second month around 4/7 when the last month kicks in.

Oh yes, my bad it was two months.
I see, thank you so much for confirming this. I saw that new rewards were being added for RAF in PTR so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to acquire the current ones before the new stuff rolled over. Thanks again.

The rewards with the current RAF program should remain with that version of it. When one version is retired and another introduced there is usually time before those rewards are no longer available. We usually put out an announcement letting folks know too.
