So ive already uninstalled every addon and reinstalled only the necessities, but like lets say i randomly get stunned in arena or i crit or something, all the sudden my screen will freeze and ill get like 10 lua error popups.
how tf do i fix this

I can tell you why but not here make a level 1 on my server. You will understand the reason why I wont explain here once I explain what is going on.

anyway, just keep uninstalling those addons, because I guarantee one of them is screwing you up. this is the downside of being so addon-dependent.

Haven’t had any lua errors so far, just make sure your addons are upto date then they shouldn’t really be causing problems.
I would legit be extremely cautious of this dude.

Here’s what you do. Deactivate all your addons. Turn them on one by one after each arena game until you get the error pop-ups again. The last addon you activated would be the one causing the problem. Report this to the developer of the addon. Keep that add-on deactivated until there is an update.
When the Lua error pops up it will tell you what addon did it (whether it was Blizz’s internal Lua scripts or if it was an external addon). Sometimes when the Lua error pops up, it will have multiple pages of information to scroll through. Just read them
Individual weakauras can also cause an overload as well.
That is just off the chart strange. Why can it not be explained here?. 
Not sure what the deal with Item Rack is, but I have removed that addon because its so broken.
I use way more addons than you’ve listed without issue but we have a couple that overlap. WeakAuras, Gladdy, Leatrix Maps (Burning Crusade Classic), OmniBar, and OmniCC are all installed for me without issue so maybe double check some of the others.
I was getting some screen freezes while audio still played that was driving me crazy for a bit. It would freeze during some intensive multitasking (from second monitor) or heavy in game visuals. At first I thought one stick of RAM was faulty, but ultimately it was fixed by updating VFX drivers and emptying temporary files in Windows (which is quite easy and helped a lot). Also, I typed out the addons verbatim to avoid confusion, best of luck.
