Wish you a speedy recovery…I got extreme chills, headache and tiredness for the first few days and couldn’t even think of playing wow.

have you been vaccinated? and if so did you get the booster? I’m asking because when i got it finally i was vaxed and boosted. All i got from it was a small case of the sniffles.
Yes i am fully vaccinated with booster.

then it probably wont be too bad. seen my brother get it though. hes one of those people who were iffy about the vaccine when it came out and didn’t get it. not an anti vaxer but didn’t trust how it was made or some other excuse i forget. Anyway he gets covid and spends about two or three days at home in pure misery before he had to go to the ER. Docs gave him meds and sent him back home. I had to pick him up from the hospital and the poor guy looked like death! couldn’t sit up strait in the car chair and was slumped over commenting in a weak raspy voice how he wished the grim reaper would come and take him already.
Sooo yaa be glad you got it after being vaxed and boosted cuz its pure hell for those who aren’t.

went to office about a month ago for just a few days and quite a few of us tested positive right after.
We were all fine. Literally felt like cold. Except for 1 guy, the only un-vax’d one (he is proud of it too), was pretty tmuch he walking dead for a week. according to him & the sound of his voice on teams.
I was vax’d for covid in Dec of 2020 - like 5-6 months before it was widely available to public in the US. Still waiting on the 3rd eye or 6th finger promised to me by a soccer mom from facebook.

Yeah i got my 4 kids all vax’d and all right away.
My youngest is 2 and as soon as it was approved for that age she got it too.
These anti vax people be nuts.

I got covid, no symptoms though. So it was telework. and work happend. With a doctors note I could have burned sick leave.
that lasted till a work mandated all clear of a few days passed.
hope you stay low/no symptom levels to play on.

It’s rather simple for me. mRNA is not a new thing that just magically appeared. People are welcome to google it.
People who actually develop this stuff are a lot smarter than I am in that particular field of study.
I trust VW mechanics not to make my car explode on the way to Dunkin, or a pilot with years of training to fly me over the ocean safely, or an aquarium guy to fix my aquarium, so there is no reason not to trust world-leading pharma companies either. Nothing is free in this world. I stay alive. They profit. Win-win.

I had long COVID for about 5 months. Wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

Yeah i can play with a fever idk it dont bother me.

How is it? I had 1 pretty bad day, where I was tired with muscle aches. Then about a week after where I was really tired, but otherwise fine, and then I was OK.
1st day i was just freezing with a fever.
Today just a fever and a cough.
Its kinda mild tbh i can play wow with it.

Yeah. My Day 1 was pretty bad. Didn’t want to do anything except lay on the sofa and sleep. After that was OK though.
