I just dinged revered with the Order of the Cloud Serpents, but there isn’t the account bound Commendation to increase reputation gain by 100% on the quartermaster…They aren’t on any quartermasters or the other reps either. What’s the issue here?
I don’t think that was added because there isn’t valor gear tied to the rep for this faction.
Lets just go ahead and X to doubt. Not enough time has even passed for you to do enough dailies to get revered.

Cloud Serpent doesn’t have gating the same way the other factions with gear rewards have. I’m exalted, I farmed up 40-ish eggs and got it done a day ago. It doesn’t have a rep increase item because of how rep can be farmed.

It does. It also did in original mop. Pretty sure it won’t be added till the raid opens.
