Nah, he’s like that old friend who gets fired from work and you see him a few months later, and he brags about how well he is doing at his new job.

I just meant he’s his own project lead now at a rival studio, at a time when WoW’s seen better days, is all.
I’m personally playing because I enjoy sharing a world.
I like the interactions in cities, I enjoy RP stuff, I like seeing people out in the world and often working alongside them to accomplish goals when world content feels enticing for a lot of us.
Why is your scope of multiplayer limited to things like dungeons and raids? I’m not playing this game to overcome challenges with other players, I’m pursuing my own goals and then socializing with the other players in the world at my leisure.
That certainly feels more important to me than racing against timers in a dungeon or spending hours on the same fight.

Gotta admit though, he lost his job with Blizzard during it’s heyday of goofing off and partying, it must have sucked to have to go do some real work again.
Even if he is better off now, in the long run.

I have a suggestion! Go play Path of Exile. Why bash your head against a wall when the game has simply not been built for your preferred playstyle. If not, good luck doing torghast forever!
240 ilvl is nothing. Like that’s not even worth bragging about.
The fact that you think low mythic geared players are high end players is laughable.
Well I for one, I need new toys,
Particularly toys that affect other players and can be used without breaking stealth.
We have a good many (6) that I use normally for great fun in cities and stuff.
Seeing two people dueling and sprinting through them in stealth and dropping the landmines is good fun.
Blizz, need MOAR.

Because PoE is an entirely different type of game, and I don’t have an overwhelming high desire to stick my junk in a meat grinder.
I love using a different definition from the conventional one, then acting snarky when people don’t go by my own special definition.

This is another problem with solo content - it’s vastly different depending on what class/spec/role you’re playing.
It’s not just Torghast and Mage Tower, even Brawler’s Guild is a vastly different experience depending on your role/class/spec.

The 240 IS laughable, that was my point.
If I can solo it in 240 gear, but a GROUP, even in low level mythic+ cannot because they cannot do a simple mechanic is sad.
And yet, they deserve better gear for spamming +6 or whatever?
Again I say, NAY
I don’t think they are high geared, I expect them to be able to do a simple interrupt if they are going to come here and talk down to open world people, telling them they don’t deserve gear is all.
