Great Vault should have an open-world pillar.

Add A 4th Row to Great Vault for Open-World Content

Instanced content shouldn’t be the only “endgame” that can benefit from the Great Vault. Why can’t open-world content be added as well? For example: Kill 1 World Boss for 1st unlock, Complete 20 world quests for the 2nd unlock, kill 30 rares for the third unlock. Obviously the gear ilvl and transmogs should be limited to what’s available in the open-world (perhaps add a couple more ilvls, much the same way M+ does, but not much), but why not add another way for casuals to obtain gear and not …
