My biggest gripe with the game was that the people I’m forced to play with were awful but…
Now that issue seems so minor since Blizz killed the game themselves.

The game didn’t die tho? Where are you hearing that? Everyone I know either doesn’t care or isn’t interested in buying tokens or buys them because they don’t care what others think? So the question is what percentage do you believe would quit over this? My point of view it’s been 0 from my guild, zero friends and haven’t heard anything on my server. Just on this forum only…

The AH is completely inflated. Prices for everything skyrocketed.
If you don’t buy WoW Token, you basically can’t play the game as the price of consumes and such is too high now
mate you quit the game week 1 of ulduar with a 3.6 parse average, what are you even talking about?

For an entire weeks of consumables right now it would cost a grand total of 736g 47s 13c. (less if you’re not also using the AH for your engineering needs)

I seen a slight dip in cost when the WoW token was introduced, then certain things tripled. For a Northern Barrier it would cost… 80-100 dollars roughly. But the market was screwed anyways prior to the WoW Token being released. Relics of Ulduar were 1.3g to 5g per unit prior to the WoW Token, Northern Barriers were like 15-25k and they are now 30k, other items that people say are only a few hundred gold were thousands on Old Blanchy.
Enchants gems and consumables have stayed pretty cheap though, its the gear that has skyrocketed because thats really all that people actually want.
WoW is only dead in the echo chamber called WoW Classic forums, in reality game hasn’t changed a bit and things are going as normal. Your outrage is in your head.

Not on my realm…a few tried to corner markets going into next phase, but it stabilized almost immediately. A few things were going up before Token, also due to phase 3 incoming…Jeeves mats, etc.
