I didn't receive the enhanced boost from buying War Within

It’s been a couple of hours and I still haven’t received my boost. I received all of the other items that came with it. Already did all the races to unlock the Thundering transmog and other stuff.

When 24 hours have come and gone, you’ll want to ticket in. It’s rare, but can sometimes take up that full day.

Just out of curiosity, are you looking for it on the same license you purchased the upgrade on? They stopped making those account-wide with Dragonflight.

It may just take a bit of time to show up on the account, Kaedian. Please give it 24 hours, and then let us know if you are still having an issue. You may need to put in a ticket for a CS rep to look into the purchase.

It should arrive before the 24 hour mark. Most people get theirs not that long after purchase. If yours didn’t arrive until after a full day, that was an anomaly.

Its dumb i upgraded mine to epic edition and apparently i dont get the level boost like why did i even bother :upside_down_face:

If you did an upgrade to Epic edition, then you already received your level boost from your initial purchase. All editions of The War Within include a level boost, but you only get ONE per license. Upgrading to higher editions will not grant another level boost.

From the page for the expack and upgrades:

Upgrading to the Heroic or Epic Edition will not re-grant in-game items previously unlocked on your account. Trader’s Tender is granted only once per Battle.net® account and region upon first purchase of each edition, at a maximum of 1000 Tender from Epic.

I just experienced this issue after coming back from WOD still waiting for my lvl 70 boost will keep you updated.

Keep an eye on your transaction page, Epic. It looks like your purchase is still queued, which means it is still in the preliminary steps of processing.
