I crafted a 639 algari competitor’s leather chestpiece twice and did not mean to. what do i do?

Sell it on the AH or send it to an alt if it’s BoE.

If it’s BoP; vendor it if you have no other use for it.

Accidentally crafting any item is not something that Blizz can help with.

Very doubtful Blizzard will reverse the second crafting, but you’d need to submit a ticket and ask. Not sure if it’s something that a GM can assist with.
