Dear Blizzard,
1 month ago I made a post about the issue, that due to a bug (besides several other bugs…), all lvl 60s who ding’d after the SOD patch, lost and still lose their “unbroken selffound champion” buff. I know you are busy working at the War Within, but also I have to say, I am getting upset! I slowly am tempted to gain the impression, that Blizzard just don’t care about the HC Community, because there is more money rolling elsewhere… Correct me if I am wrong. No statement yet was made about the issue! At least I couldn’t find one. GM’s are being lovely and doing their best, for sure, but at the end of the day, they’re just politely putting us off - saying: “Get in touch with the developers via forums”. Well, I did (created a 2nd account, paid for 2 accounts, lvl’d an alt on US to be able to post in the US forums, wrote to GM’s, posted in the EU forums, posted on reddit) but nothing happened yet…
Are you, Blizzard, ignoring the community or are you just too busy fixing stuff elsewhere? Is a single statement at least, wich is made within seconds, asked too much for? I am playing World of Warcraft since almost 20 years now, iirc! Unfortunately, not all the time, but sometimes, I don’t feel like a customer anymore, who is taken seriously, but like livestock whose only purpose is to be milked for money. I dont mean to be rude, I really dont, I dont mean to be disrespectful, excuse me if I appear to be, I have not forgotten about all the great adventures Blizzard has brought into life for us, with their hard work and dedication - and I am thankful for that - but in the same time it has to be said, what has to be said!
Many players within the HC community just feel let down. It’s a no-go!
I claim you Blizzard, what are you going to do?
We want our unbroken selffound champion buffs back or at least, we want an answer…
We are claiming the care, we pay for, even as a niche part of the community, or especially because of that!
