I have the achievement The Mechagonian Threat. I completed that on a horde character. On my level 50 dwarf warrior I went to the emabssy in SW and when I click on the banner for Mechagnomes it’s green as if I’ve met the requirements but there’s no option or quest to unlock them.

Bug Reports is where you report bugs. Which you have done. The only thing that this forum for is to describe the bug you’re experiencing so that Blizzard QA can forward them to the developers. That’s all. No interacting, no troubleshooting, no assistance. Just you reporting bugs and the devs eventually fixing them.
Try the Customer Support forum. That’s the forum intended for troubleshooting gameplay issues.
I am having the same issue. I completed both achievements on my horde character (havokdawl-Illidan) and completed the Mechagonian Threat on this alliance character today. The quest giver in the Alliance embassy does not have the quest “Urgent Care.” I submitted a ticket today and was told this was a bug and not a GM issue and to submit it as a bug.

I have the same issue. The requirements are met, but the quest Urgent care is not available in the embassy

If the embassy in SW doesnt have the quest “Urgent Care” try getting it from Prince Erazmin in Mechagon. Once you complete this chain it should unlock the Mechagnomes
Neither have it and I have the requirements met 
I went through the same procedure on my Horde Druid, Gardein. But when I went to the Stormwind Embassy on my Alliance Warlock to unlock the Mechagnome race and create a Mechagnome, the quest I needed was not available. I then returned to Boralus, accepted the quest “The Legend of Mechagon” and completed the usual introductory questline. I then returned to the Stormwind Embassy but was still unable to create a Mechagnome. My Alliance Warlock met all the requirements but one: the last part of The Mechagonian Threat Achievement – Operation: Mechagon - The Mechoriginator.
Now I will find a group for the dungeon Operation Mechagon - Workshop with my Alliance Warlock and complete the missing part of The Mechagonian Threat Achievement. After that I should be able to create a Mechagnome character.

Did it end up working for you? I have all requirements and the quest isn’t showing up.
I thought the quest for the Mechagnomes started from kelsey in Boralus?? Everytime I go there on my Alliance she shouts, “hero, your timing couldn’t be better, Mekketorque is fading fast!” She is who starts it, I never went to the embassy to start the quest…
hey guys, you pick up the quest :Urgent care" on mechagon island. near the quartermaster/dungeon. The prince offers it, returning you to boralus.
Could you think of any reason that it wouldn’t appear at the prince OR at the embassy? I’ve completed the Mechagonian Threat achievement and am level 60 but it’s still not appearing!
