I am trying to start my alliance priest in BFA however, I cant seem find the quest. Ive spent the last hr looking in all the different places, googled, forums you name it Ive tried it. When in Boralus it says “to begin campaign accept BFA tides of war from hero’s herald in stormwind.” He has nothing. The board has nothing, and no one in Boralus has anything either. please help.

Make sure you have low level and warband quests turned on in your map filters. Also if it’s a new toon you can select it via chromie time.

I do. Im also not sure why but its not showing my correct character. Im playing on a lvl 80 night elf.
Have u gone to talk to chromie near the embassay.

its is possible you already had started BFA, go the the mage tower turn left and go to the portal at the end to go to boralus. once there, open your map, it should show you were you left off.

Could you provide a name-realm for the character? Helps us track down what you’ve done/haven’t done.
Do you have any other quests active that take place in Stormwind, like another expansion start quest or the like? Those can phase the area and cause issues.

If the quest isn’t available on the Herald’s board you can try taking one of the others and abandoning it. Kind of a soft reboot of the board.

when Im in Boralus my log shows 0 of 3 for BFA campagin and says to start, pick up that tides of war quest in stormwind.
Is this the character having issues?

Does this character have the quest An Unwelcome Advisor in your quest log?

According to DataforAzeroth, you’ve already completed Tides of War on this character, and a few after that.
It looks like you should be on this quest:
See if you can pick that one up.

Just checked and no she doesn’t. Shes got a turbo boot quest and some from the anniversary event.
Just wanted to make sure you got a ping as I updated my post with some more info.

It wont let me share a screen shot but that quest isn’t there and its also shows im 0 of 7 for tiragarde sound as well.
I found the get your bearing quest it was in a different area than wowhead showed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

That one worked for me. Her quest was so dimmed out i couldnt see it on the map under the “ship here” icon.
Yeah, I’ve long hated how lightly colored the trivial quest markers are! I’ve made suggestions to allow us to keep them the usual bright yellow, but alas.
