I can't seem to find Genn Greymane in Oribos

So I’m trying to unlock the Dark ranger customization and armor for hunters but Genn Greymane isn’t appearing at all in Oribos. Do I need to beat the Shadowlands expansion or are there some pre-req quests I need to do beforehand? I’ve tried googling if anyone else had this same issue and no one else has and even in game nobody has an answer unfortunately.

so i had this problem on my night elf DK. i thought at first it was because i was on a DK class. so i logged into my boomkin worgen (this toon) that did the entire main storyline for shadowlands (prior to 9.0.5/9.1 with korthia and 9.2 with zereth mortis) and i was able to do the return to lordaeron questline on the boomkin.

my guess is the DK couldnt because it was leveled 50-60 via timewalking holidays and not in SL content so it hasnt done/finished twists of fate or the mainline and that.

So I need to continue with the Shadowlands story to unlock Return to Lordaeron?

Did you ever find a solution to this? I boosted my character with a 60 boost, teleported out of the ship combat trial, and since then have not been able to find the chilling summons quest or see genn greymane in oribos to get the dark ranger armor.

/necro bump - I have the same issue.

It may have something to do with the Time Walking event though, but would be nice to hear anything about that.

Guess my time will just expire without me getting the xmog then, /shrug, just another piece of the game that feels… disappointing.

Need to mention, if you’re doing the quest on an alt, you need to have chosen a coventant in order for Calia to provide the quest.

To be fair, even with a few lvl 60’s I’ve never even chosen a covenant, I guess just a testament to my lack of interest in WoW anymore.

I believe you need to be level 60 and have selected your Covenant, as progress in Shadowlands is important to the story of the Dark Rangers.

This one keeps getting bumped every so often so I’m going to lock it up. If there is a new situation with finding the quest line, please feel free to create a new thread.
