I can't queue for the king and the council quest

I have been working on Lorewalkers reputation and I am at the King and the Council quest now. For some reason I cannot queue for this quest using Lorewalker Cho’s dream brew or using the group finder. Is there a quest I have to do to unlick it or any I missing something?
Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated.

First comment recommends talking to Lorewalker Fu. Have you tried that?

I would agree. It looks like it is one of the options from Lorewalker Fu. Last one on the list: “Tell me the tale of Blood in the Snow”.

If you don’t see the option try turning off any addons you may be using, they may be suppressing gossip text, which would block you from seeing those.

I can see he has quite a few scenarios you can queue for including “The King and Council”.
