I did the random raid early today, and when I play normal raid tonight, I cant get loot for those three boss

Did you log out of the game completely after the hotfix was implemented before you went in for your normal clear? If not, I don’t believe there’s anything that can be done and you’ll have to wait until reset.

Same thing happened to me. How would we know we were supposed to log out of the game to be eligible for loot? That is absolutely unacceptable. FOUR hours of my time and I couldn’t loot 3 bosses in normal mode because I did the LFR earlier. ??? This is not okay to just accept this. It’s not our fault it was bugged.
Sorry it happened. Unfortunately you are gonna have to wait til the lockouts clear next week.
You aren’t necessarily supposed to know automatically, but bugs are an unfortunate part of any game. We try to address them as quickly as possible and let folks know. Obviously, most folks may not come to the forums to see the update until after they have experienced the issue and you may have completed it on normal prior to the hotfix going in, so it wouldn’t have helped.
It should be resolved now, so you should be eligible for loot if you weren’t before.
