I recently found out where I looked up Tetsu: the best warrior on my server back to his january normal kills and his dps was very similar to my green parse now. parsing is literally a scam, look them up for your self: look up tetsu january xt kills then look up my recent ones
parsing is so gatekept because the best players dont want you to realize just how small their margins of being better really are.
in reality parsing is a highly gatekept community where people do literally weird stuff that the game was never designed to do, have tricks of the trade and other weird crap where people literally take turns to do more damage…
social influence matters more than player skill and I just proved it.
because I have a reputation as the worst player on my server, I cant even get into any groups. I cant even get into h+ as a 4.7k Fury or 4.8k prot because 6k overall dps in h+ isn’t enough as long as my class color is brown. they would rather take a 4300 prot pally over me even if I do 4k overall dps in h+ as deep prot. I will forever be the worst player on eranikus no matter what I do, even if I did fix my parses, I would still be the worst player.
Clearly you try to find excuses for people not inviting you into groups and you also fail to understand how parses works. In the end the problem is you and only you can fix it. If you’re sick of the situation you’re in, start putting efforts and you’ll see results.
Tetsu has 2 early kills on XT and his parses for Jan 19th was a 95 and Jan 29th was a 97.
If you look at the total parses on those 2 dates they were 2,711 and 17,961, so on those dates the dps he did out of all the fury warriors who killed XT he was in the 95th and 97th percentile.
If you look at your most recent kills like you said to do which we will use both the June 11th and the June 18th parses.
You parsed a 40 both times because while your dps was in the similar range as Tetsu the amount of fury warriors logging kills at this time were much much greater, they were 61,897 on the 11th and 63,391 on the 18th.
That being said you did it on normal mode which has a cap to how high you can parse, becasue obviously you cant parse higher than someone doing it on Hard Mode.
Its my hope that with a bit of information available online and an adjustment to possibly your gear / but certainly playing and your raid team you may learn to enjoy parsing and pushing what you can do as a player each week further than last and take that enjoyment from the game. Yes parsing is ranked against everyone else but its also against yourself Fury war is in a tough spot but you are in either very bad raid groups or without looking at your logs i might think you are missing slam procs / no heroic queing / no hitting BT/WW on cd
fury war isnt a complex rotation its a priority system that you can only make harder with rend/overpower procs

Dude, you’re doing XT normal 6 months into the phase. Do you understand how WCL ranks these things? Tens of thousands of HM kills are automatically placed above anything you could do on normal. That wasn’t the case in January when nobody had killed HM. He also had way less gear than you in January.
What does this even mean? Are you complaining that you can’t parse doing only normal modes? I don’t get it.
