Actually i have insane amount of valor points since i’m a raider but can’t exchange those points to conquest points to buy conquest gear anymore? is it a bug?

A few things are bugged here. Check daily is the only recourse.
You need to buy one by one the conquest currency on the valor vendor.
Using addons like TSM to try to buy as much as you can doesn’t work.
However, I haven’t tried since the end of PVP season, therefore there is a ‘non-zero chance’ (cata blizzard support, lol ) that the exchange is not working because someone’s that was hired because they are someone’s nephew fixed a quest in Feralas and that caused a bug on the valor vendor or something, it’s cata classic, been over 6 months and honored kill tracking is not working, so… ¯_(ツ)_/¯
They removed the option from the vendor for unknown reasons…

ever since tbc, when the season ends the conquest/arena point gear is always available for honor
the season ended and users should be able to buy gear with honor but they cant because it still requires conquest

Its complicated too.
this paladin can buy everything…but 3 armour items. They can buy all weapons too.
My be paladin…can’t buy a single weapon. and some armour.
Alliance bias! most of my problem children are horde. Alliance vendor is fine that I can tell. Its my horde that is getting shafted.
Would be nice to still get the conversion.
If you are just under the amount of needed conquest points to buy an item how get more? You can’t. At least valor gave us a way to still buy the gear.
upsetting, I also was about to convert all my VP to CP, because my valor is literally just sitting unused right now
