I cannot transfer servers

Hi

I am not able to transfer my character due to an error that says I need to clear out my mailbox.

My mailbox is clear, I do not have anyone on ignore (so I am not blocking any mail), and I have not sent anything out recently.

Can anyone help reset my character or see what the issue is? Anything I can do in game?

Give it a couple of days its probably due to WPL or EPL or the lunar festival they send out mail.

Darth is correct. It looks like there is some mail on the way to you from Commander Ashlam Valorfist. Once that arrives, you can delete it and should be set to do your character transfer.
