Rethinking trust levels

Hello, I’m posting this in hopes of making a good idea better, so I hope it doesn’t come across as a complaint. If it does, please forgive me. A few years ago, trust levels were introduced to the forums in hopes of rewarding good behaviour, and for the most part it does just that, though it does have some unintended consequences.
