I cannot open my dungeon journal, but only on my evoker?

Like the title says, on EVERY character i have the dungeon journal works. However on my evoker it just will not work.

I tried a full ui reset (blizz ui reset), i tried disabling all my addons. I even tried re-key binding the dungeon journal. None of it seems to be working.

Dumb question, but are you out of the starter area?

Maybe hit level 11 or higher? (assuming it’s a fresh character)

What questlines are you currently on? Could something from a phase be stopping it from opening?

Have you tried deleting your cache folder?

How did you tried the ui reset? If you mean /rest, then that isn’t how you’d reset your UI.
