I cannot login

I logged out around 5pm to take care of RL stuff.
Now trying to log back in since 9:40pm (EST)… took forever to get to the character selection screen.
Then I picked my character and try to enter the game, it loads to 60% then kicks me back to the character selection screen with the error : “World Server is Down”.

I think this is affecting more than just you. One of my guild members cannot even get to the character selection screen right now. I am afraid to log out.

mines sayin the same thing and retail says world servers are down

if you log out you wont be able to get back on mines sayin world servers are down now smh

Glad to know it’s not just me… But damn that’s bad timing.

Edit : I managed to get back in but it took like 10 tries.

Same here I can’t login either. It started around 9:15ish (EST)

Probably DDOS attack. Usually results in world server crashes and lag.

Some little loser probably got denied Baron Rivandares mount for the 10th time and now is acting the fool.

Alright got kicked taking the boat from Auberdine > Exodar.
Now back to the game’s main login screen.
Looks like just changing instances will kick you.

Edit: twice now, get on boat, when Exodar Azure Mist supposed to load, I get booted and when I log back I’m in the water and need to swim back to Auberdine. LOL !

I am also having issues. I keep getting stuck at the “Logging on to game server” window. I’ve waited for like 20 minutes several times and am unable to get past it. Guess I’m not playing tonight.

Same! Tried to exit Uldaman and got the same message. Managed to get to my Druid to heal Arcatraz only to be booted upon entering the instance.

Yep, I was zoning out of AV and got DCed. Now I can’t log back in.

I’m stuck updating classic infinitely and its acting like I’m scanning, I cant even get in to the login screen in WoW anymore
