Aside from not being about to contact CS - anyone know how to fix this bug?
CS can’t help with technical issues. Move your post to the Tech Support forum or make a new one there.

No. A bug would be things not working as intended inside the game world, while the game is running. You can’t launch or play the game, that is a technical issue.

Just saying you can’t launch the game is a little vague. Are you getting an error?

you click play - NOTHING happens. There isn’t a bug. If I could find a way to contact CS (which is now made impossible) I would do so. I click play - it waits …then nothing.

yes - already did that. I also quit the game and waited for the game to fully end. it does not work.
make sure nothing was downloading , wont launch for me in retail or classic if either has a download in the background going

I had a similar problem. I would click play on the launcher and nothing would happen.
I did a scan and repair. Don’t know if it repaired anything but it launched after that.
So either my installation was broken somehow and the scan and repair fixed it or there is a problem with Blizzard’s authentication servers and waiting out the scan and repair allowed the launcher to eventually connect with said servers.

yes - already did that. Does anyone who works on this game have a clue about how to fix this - or is the standard response - go read some websites and good luck?

I already told you to move your post or make a new one in the appropriate part of the forums, I even linked it so you can click and navigate there. You are more likely to receive a reply from a forum moderator there. You’ll never get one here.
