I’m wondering why I cannot access the Artifact Forge on this Paladin to change tints etc. The artifact is equipped. I completed all of the necessary steps to unlock it ages ago. It seems to only affect this Paladin in particular. I’ve already tried loading with no Addons enabled. I do not get the “book” icon when I mouse over it. I have been able to use it just find for years; I believe this started happening with Dragonflight. I’m wondering if I am somehow phased or there’s a bug that I’m not aware of?

Lets start with a proper reset
Just did the reset. No luck so far, sadly.
Do you have the quest “The Fourth Horseman” in your quest log? Or did you have it at some point, but abandon it? The Forge isn’t available during that quest. If you abandoned it, sometimes the phasing doesn’t go away.

same issue on my paladin
Not a phase, but an issue when you have the Underlight Angler Fishing Artifact equipped in that new profession item slot. Remove it and you should be able to interact with the forge.

Glad to help. I was a bit baffled too, but in my hunt to figure out what the issue is I found a note that there seems to be an issue when the Fishing Artifact is equipped in the new slot. Hopefully, they’ll be able to find a bug fix for that. In the meantime, just removing it temporarily should do the trick.
