I can´t use my Arboreal Gulper mount

I have the Arboreal Gulper mount, but when I try to use, the item says
“YOU CAN´T USE THAT ITEM” and that item reques me “Apprentice Ridding”?
My another mounts are good so I don´t know what is the issue.

I could only use it once i reached level 60. so maybe thats it?
