yeah i know =(
Ty for your post! I sell boost and I am not ashamed. The biggest issue w/ boost is Blizzards inconsistent stance not boosting itself. People tend to think it’ll solve all these problems with the game, if anything it’ll take away accessibility from players who most likely weren’t going to do the content anyways.
Boosting provides accessibility
Boosting service is at every Massive Online games.
Even at games with no gears item level power like CS go DOTA Boost and Carry service still there.
If i’m a pro player I will do boost service
But im not play retail since 03 2021.
Just dont give to much item level power blizzard to ur player , making pvp pve content less fun to play.
not sure if you are aware, but huokan is advertising mt carries as HC…would hate to believe that your guild is selling those; you may want to talk to some advertisers in huokan to clear it up.
How do you know they’re not selling coaching services? And by that I mean actual coaching services where they observe your gameplay and provide tips, not straight-up taking over your toon and playing it for you.
Usually in advertisement spam, HC means Heroic Carry which is them also selling a full raid clear. HC the guild is not sponsored by any sales community, and we do carries with multiple communities and ourselves each week! I can assure you they are not advertising on behalf of us.
okay good hehe…when i dm’d an advertiser this morning, they said it was huokan community *shrugs
what you describe is beneath most boosters; any socialization is frowned upon for it excerts effort and makes runs go slow–booster want to be in and out in a blink of an eye…i have yet to see good natured players offering to coach players for gold LOL i mean, do you ever see RAID LEADERS advertising services for gold? hahaaha
Apply to my guild. That’s exactly who we are.
Exactly. Accessibility is a good thing, it opens up new doors, new opportunities. So many people have the “play it this way or don’t play” mentality. There’s no flexibility or open-mindedness. They have a very “black and white” perspective of the game and how it should be played. That you have to play a certain way or the game is meaningless. Which is such BS.
There’s more than one way to skin a cat. And there’s more than one way to play this game. It boggles my mind that some people find that unacceptable.
I can’t speak to coaching services since I’ve never used one, but the times I’ve bought boosts from SLB and WD, I never once felt like I was beneath someone, or a second-class citizen, or anything of the like.
do you have an active player base with more than 7 folks online? i just want an active old fashioned guild i can grow with <3
I don’t mind the boosting. I’m unwilling to play any game for hours on end. If you have the gold and nothing else to do, why not.
But, the game shouldn’t be oriented towards gear that can only be attained by boosting for us lazy casuals. I don’t mind grinding for tokens or something over a long period of time, but they removed all of those ways to gear up.
A lot of players in my guild do coaching including myself! I’ve come across very minimal RMT request for services, which are swiftly turned down! You’d be surprised the amount of services people buy with gold.
I’ve even bought boost for my alts to gear them up quickly, and I’ve had friends buy coaching from discords for gold. No one is beneat for wanting to learn quickly how to execute certain parts of a class, it speeds up the process.
what do you think the boosters chat about in private discord while boosting you? dont kid yourself, most of these guys are not saints doing it for the greater good =/
im thirsty for a guild that wants to work as a team to achieve stuff; i have yet to do mythic and would love to. sadly, taking a 7yr break is not in my favor; my once hard earned achieves are worthless–no solid guild wants that, it seems =(
Sounds just like anyone else in the world who provides service to a customer.
We usually have 20 or so on for Friday night raids. Other times are hit and miss.
I’ve boosted and ran a ton of carries over the years and I can ensure you a large amount of guilds/groups are not going to care. They just want their gold and that is really it.
right but MOST of these are PLAYERS wanting to just take your gold and then make fun of you. would not surprise me if they keep ‘black lists’ of people who buy carries–to keep them out of good guilds. (black lists exist in 2 other mmo’s, both ran by the carry communities) i am sure there are boosters who truly believe they are benign but the vast majority are not. it’s sad, but true
