I have 2 accounts from bygone days and when I purchased the new game to get back into retail I put it on the wrong one. can I get this moved over to the real account?
You could always put in a ticket. I would do it as soon as possible.
They should be able to, Look for problem with a purchase. If you just made the purchase very recently it should not be a issue.
I don’t know if they can move it - they might have to refund it and you repurchase it. Some refunds can be done automatically - you might try that first since if it works, it’ll be faster than waiting on a ticket.
Just to be clear, they will not move the expansion from one account to another.
The process here is to refund the initial purchase, and you will have to purchase it again on the correct license.
But as Varidra said above: as soon as possible. Time is of the essence.
