I bought the annual pass, but didn't get free mount?

Okay BUT the ANNUAL PASS itself that was purchased basically had a blackened out mount that it said you’d get later in the year if you bought the annual pass.

Yes, we already got that one. It was the bunny mount.

The promotion requires that there be an active subscription. Since yours was canceled, and is not active, you did not meet the criteria for the promotion unfortunately.

The mount can be purchased as a standalone product, and will be available even after the subscription+mount bundle promotion ends. So if you can’t get it now, you can still get it at a later date.
