Is there any way to refund for the race changes so I can buy the faction changes?
Follow through with the refund service on the Support site to see if they’re eligible.
Just click continue and follow the prompts. If no purchases are found automatically eligible, there should be a ticketing option at the end.

I did a race change from a Vulpera to a Dark iron Dwarf.
Worked perfectly as a faction change without having to buy a faction change.
This might have been changed though. They are kinda greedy.
This is not true, sorry. You enacted a faction change at some point-- since the race change was introduced at the end of 2009 you’ve only been able to change to an eligible race within the same faction.

Big question is, did you use the race change? If you used it then your chances for a refund drop significantly.
As long as it hasn’t been used you may be able to file a billing ticket to request a refund. If it has been used…well, you got what you paid for.
If this is a recent purchase and you haven’t used the Race Change Token yet, you should be able to use the self-help refund option through the Support Site. If you have used it, that is a bit more complicated, but I would recommend submitting a ticket so our staff can look into the request.
That would be fairly impossible, Gilhandra. Race changes can only change the character to a qualifying race on the same faction. The service has never worked any other way.
Looking at your previous transactions there is no indication that they have operated any other way.
