Comcast has deleted their email system so my account email doesn’t exist anymore.
My SMS from 15 years ago is no longer in use.
I’ve gone back and forth over a month with game masters over email.
I’ve provided all the information they ask for just to get kicked to the next person.
I have the user name and pass of the account , I just cant validate it via email or SMS.
I have all the information , bank info , products , names , etc
Are you trying to reply to the donotreply email address?
If so, you need to reply via support ticket - you can do that via this site and don’t need to be able to log into the account - just reference the account details and provide all the info they are asking for.
This seems like the type of thing that Orylia, and Vrakthris might be able to help out with! There will probably be a bit longer of a process with emails and verification, but do not let that deter you. This is one of those believe in the process, and dont give up type of situations.
Best of luck with everything, and happy Thanksgiving.
They also need to reference the first ticket number.
OP it goes as follows:
Submit ticket from “not logged in option”.
Get email with questions to verify account holder. DO NOT REPLY.
OPEN NEW TICKET, reference the first ticket number, then answer the questions as best you can.
Make sure they have a new email they can put on your account that is not in use on battlenet already. You also can’t use the same phone number on more than one Bnet account.
It might help to post the last ticket number, but support needs to be responded to in tickets.
You’ll need a email address not attached to a bnet account. You could probably use this account to open and track tickets, if the owner information stays the same.
Comcast didn’t delete the email service, just fyi having canceled a year ago. You just can’t let the address go inactive if you don’t subscribe, but they will allow you to keep them.
I see answers on one of those, Miansus, but the GM was unable to locate the account.
What we are going to need is a ticket with a good email to use. One that is NOT currently in use on any Battlenet account. With that ticket number, we’ll see what we can do.
ok , so i make a new email and then submit a new ticket with the included email and old ticket numbers. Or do I post it here?
Thank you thank you thank you
Send it in a ticket, but if you drop the new ticket number here, I can make sure it gets attached correctly.
While it’s good that one can always open a ticket, if you have to do it without the account because you can’t log in - it’s not actually attached until a GM does it. Those can be hard to find without the number if they weren’t. If that makes any sense.
