I’m sure you “woke” people don’t care but…

Good morning everyone.

I hope each and every one of you have a safe enjoyable day, and remember there is more good than bad in the world. We don’t see it because the mass media wants clicks and sales.

Three Things:

  1. Why are White people, specifically conservative white people so obsessed with the word woke? SHut up about it. It’s not even for you. Like I always think of the James Baldwin Quote:

“To be [Black] in this country and to be relatively conscious is to be in a rage almost all the time. ”

If you ain’t black you’re not woke. I don’t care what side of the political spectrum you’re on. Stop loudly complaining about terms you don’t understand.

  1. Harassment isn’t a political issue. Like it doesn’t matter what side of the spectrum your on the allegations made by these women should be believed not dismissed because you want to blame it on “woke” culture. It’s just disgusting.

  2. This Woman’s entire job is to fix things. She’s going to do her job to try and fix this however she can. I’m not inclined to believe her over the woman reporting abuse at all.

First for the year in 2020… so again I was correct.

Incorrect again the number have been adjusted to factor in per capita. So now who’s trying to twist the facts?

I may not be a mathematician but I do know how to read and I do know 4th out of 50… is not…

Oh wow, she’s been at the company four months and hasn’t been sexually harassed… must mean it doesn’t happen!

What, did you expect day one female employees to be harassed out the gate?

Try to get a better grasp on critical thinking my man.

Yea I edited my post. Per capita is the only number that really matters here if you’re trying to look at trends. Total numbers are useless and just representative of larger overall populations

Also you never specified the year, leading me to believe you wanted people to think you were talking about overall. (Which also I can’t find a source for the 2020 claim, only for 2019 that they were 6th, which again is based on total numbers and not per capita)

Edit: found a source for 2020, claiming Illinois was 1st. Wrong again my dude.

You can’t have things “just for you”. Or, should I say, we can’t have things “just for us”?

That’s not equal. Equality is the goal.

Or have we changed the goal, now?

No more special privileges, no more “this is for us, that is for you”, no more us and them.

Stop it. Just be human. Love and revere and share your culture, but consign race to where it belongs: in the “irrelevant” file.

Human equality = human equality. Not “more equality” for these humans over there.

I’m standing up and saying I’m past all this race garbage. You gonna stand up too? Or are you just going to “take what you are owed” and leave progress and evolution for someone else at a different point down the line?

That’s not how a civil case works. Only criminal cases need sufficient evidence to be submitted, typically before a grand jury.

Civil cases can be filed on the simple grounds that if the claims ARE true, they’d violate a statute or law. That’s it.

This just in: The KayKayKay hired a black person 2 months ago, who just put out a statement that they didn’t say racist stuff towards him, so logically that means they aren’t a racist organization.

They could be lying, thats what court is for. And a 2 year investigation doesnt mean that every day it was being investigated, it just means the time span was 2 years. Someone wasnt there every day collecting mountains of evidence for this.

The work probably totalled maybe 2 months. The court is system is extremely slow even though you are supposed to be granted a speedy trial.

This is definitely a “this is my claim”. The amount of names means nothing. Penn and Teller got people to sign a petition to ban water and none of those people knew what H2O was and just jumped on the band wagon because it sounded scary. And the more signatures you get he easier it is for people just jump on board with it.

Or how about a certain voice actor where you can find threads of people wanting to make up fake evidence because “believe women”.

At this point, its a claim. They have the burden to prove those claims. If they prove it great, if not then too bad.

It certainly seems to be spiraling. I cannot possibly imagine how Blizzard thought this would go any other way… There was far far far far too many people involved.

Instead of EMFH It’s EPFT Every Person For Themselves.

That said, there appears to be far more to justify this case than there is with, say, Devin Nunes vs Devin’s Twitter Cow, which is somehow still ongoing.

People don’t expect the ride to stop. Probably still haven’t even acknowledged that it has stopped, just trying to get things moving again, business as usual, etc.

It’s cute watching people who think they are smarter than they really are offering their opinion and insight on this when they clearly haven’t read anything about it.

Whether or not Blizzard is guilty, the optics on this whole situation are awful. Not just the nature of the allegations, but how Blizzard is handling the whole thing. Even if it’s not the environment that’s being portrayed, the people steering this ship obviously have no integrity whatsoever.

Yes, because civil cases aren’t just dismissed. If neither side will give up the case continues until verdict. Doesn’t matter the Devins Cow will lose.

I can file a lawsuit against you for the shirt you’re wearing. Show me in the California state code where it states what’s required to file a lawsuit. And who are the people denying what cases can be filed? Why even have judges if there’s some cadre of bureaucrats that can decide what lawsuits can and can’t be filed.

Also this statement was so wrongheaded and hamfisted that many current Blizzard employees made statements that they were not represented by this press release, and refused to work yesterday as a result.

A) That’s no California code
B) Nowhere in there is anyone restricted from filing a lawsuit if they have standing.

That’s literally a CA gov site explaining how to tell if you can file a lawsuit.

You’d be hard pressed to see your shirt complaint get as far as blizzards current issue with the DFEH.

You’d have to prove that it’s hurt you in some way… Which would be entertaining to see before your case is thrown out.

You’d also need to have met the requirements of being a legal entity. That you can do just by being a Californian though. That’s not as hard.
